Delete your Ustadhy account

This page is available whether or not you can access the app.

Fastest method: inside the app

1. Sign in to Ustadhy.
2. Open My profile.
3. Select Delete account permanently.
4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Email the address below from the email registered to your Ustadhy account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and include only your registered email address. Support may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

What happens

After verification, the account, profiles, uploaded media, conversations, messages, matching requests, notification tokens and user-controlled data are permanently deleted or de-identified. Security and moderation records may be retained without direct account identifiers for up to 24 months. Purchase and fraud-prevention records may be retained in de-identified form for up to seven years where required for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention or law. Requests sent to support are normally completed within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law.

Deleting the mobile app does not delete your account. Use one of the methods above.
