You may cancel or reschedule up to 3 hours before the scheduled start. A learner cancelling at least 3 hours beforehand receives a 100% refund; cancellation less than 3 hours beforehand receives a 70% refund. An unscheduled lesson cancelled before scheduling receives a 100% refund.
