For account, purchase, safety, or technical support, email support@tajulwaqar.com. Include your registered email, device type, and a short description. Never send your password or full payment-card details.

Purchases

Open the relevant plan page and select Restore purchases while signed in to the same Ustadhy and store accounts used for the purchase. If an approved purchase is still missing, contact us with the product name and purchase date.

Notifications and permissions

Camera, microphone, photos, location, and notification access can be reviewed in your device settings. The app remains usable when optional permissions are declined, although the related feature may be unavailable.
