These Terms govern access to and use of the Tajulwaqar website, mobile application, virtual classroom, and related services (the "Platform”). By creating an account, booking or teaching a lesson, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. About Tajulwaqar

Tajulwaqar operates an online marketplace connecting learners and parents or guardians with independent teachers of Quran, Arabic, and Islamic studies. FATbit supplies underlying software technology and is not the contracting party providing Tajulwaqar’s educational marketplace services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• Account holders must be 18 or older and provide accurate, current information.
• A parent or legal guardian may use an adult-owned account to arrange lessons for a child.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and activity under your account.
• Notify info@tajulwaqar.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Teachers and Educational Services

Teachers are independent service providers. They are responsible for the accuracy of their qualifications, profile, availability, and lesson delivery. Tajulwaqar sets the teacher compensation rate and may review profiles and reports or suspend content or accounts that do not meet platform standards, but does not guarantee a particular learning result.

4. Lesson Payments and Teacher Compensation

• Learners select the teacher, lesson duration, and available appointment before confirming payment for that individual lesson.
• Payments must be completed through approved Platform payment methods. Taxes, currency conversion, or payment-provider charges may apply where disclosed.
• Teachers may set the public price of their individual lessons. For every eligible completed lesson, the teacher receives the share calculated by the commission settings maintained in the Admin Panel, prorated according to the completed lesson duration.
• Teacher balances and withdrawals are maintained in US dollars. The minimum withdrawal request is USD 30, and a teacher may submit one withdrawal request every 15 days, subject to account verification, completed-lesson status, disputes, refunds, fraud checks, and the payout methods enabled by Tajulwaqar.
• The lesson price and applicable platform commission are shown through the Platform checkout. Tajulwaqar may update future teacher rates or withdrawal rules by giving notice through the Platform; an update does not reduce an amount already earned from an eligible completed lesson.

5. Trial Lessons

An eligible new learner receives a 14-day trial window and may book up to three free 30-minute trial lessons with three different teachers, subject to availability. Only one trial may be taken with the same teacher. Unused trial lessons expire at the end of the trial window.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Refunds are returned through the method or Platform balance made available for the transaction. Processing time may vary by payment provider. Where a teacher misses a lesson or a verified technical failure prevents delivery, support may reschedule the lesson or provide an appropriate refund.

7. Acceptable Use and Safety

Users must communicate respectfully, comply with applicable law, protect children and vulnerable persons, and avoid harassment, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, unlawful content, or attempts to bypass Platform payments and safeguards. Tajulwaqar may investigate reports and restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Tajulwaqar a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and promote the Platform. Tajulwaqar branding, software presentation, and original site content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

9. Third-Party Services and Availability

The Platform may rely on payment processors, video-classroom providers, email, hosting, analytics, and other service providers. Interruptions may occur. We work to restore service promptly but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy. Do not record a lesson or share another person’s information without a lawful basis and all necessary permissions.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion. Tajulwaqar may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, safety risk, legal obligation, or repeated misuse. Outstanding payment, refund, and content-moderation obligations may survive termination.

12. Disclaimers and Liability

The Platform is provided with reasonable care and subject to applicable consumer law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tajulwaqar is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, teacher statements or conduct outside our reasonable control, or third-party service failures. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The parties should first attempt to resolve a complaint through Tajulwaqar support. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have jurisdiction over unresolved disputes.

14. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or security changes. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email where appropriate.
